The American Tree Foundation was formed as a result of a passion for the outdoors and nature. From our childhood, we have seen our forests, farms, wetlands and generational land give way to development, de-forestation, manufacturing and industrial growth.
Although progress is difficult to contain, we can certainly slow the effects. With our climate challenges before us, we have developed a program where corporations, local governments and schools can all partner together to slow the effects of climate change.
With corporate environmental practices being at a premium in today's market, we partner with companies seeking to make a difference in our communities, our cities and beyond. Our tree planting programs are a perfect mechanism for companies to promote community relations and help the environment simultaneously. Tax-deductible donations fund our programs and enable our community outreach efforts into schools and communities, educating today's youth on the importance of a healthy environment.
The American Tree Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity with the Internal Revenue Service. Donors can deduct contributions made under IRC section 170. The American Tree Foundation will provide all supporting documentation to donors for tax purposes.
